Tribe
Wood-fired sourdough pizza, fresh pasta, and seasonal Irish produce, family-owned in Duleek since 2019.

Fire meets flavour, just outside Drogheda
Tribe opened in Duleek in 2019 with a simple idea: bring proper, fire-cooked food to County Meath using the best local and seasonal produce. What started as a family dream now has 800-plus five-star reviews and a loyal following across Drogheda, Meath and beyond.
The wood-fired oven turns 48-hour leavened sourdough into pizza in just over two minutes — but the kitchen is just as serious about fresh pasta, fire-cooked mains, Irish seafood and desserts made in-house.

A reason to stay local for a proper night out
Tribe is technically in Duleek, but it's part of the wider Drogheda community — sourcing from Meath and Louth farms, employing local staff, and keeping money circulating in the region. Before it opened, a fire-cooked night out usually meant a trip to Dublin.
This is what Drogheda City Now is about: backing local businesses that invest in quality and make the region a better place to eat and connect.
